Nadejda Razi Robertson

Through her personal experience and extensive work with individuals of all ages who have been impacted by trauma, Nadejda has focused her clinical career on deepening her understanding about the ways trauma impacts our relationship to ourselves and others, as well as to exploring her curiosity about the mystery and possibility of healing.
In 2014, Nadejda co-founded Wake Up! (501-C3) with her childhood friend and colleague, Cecily Macrory, in response to the needs of survivors of sexual violence in their community of Jackson County, Oregon. Nadejda currently works as Managing Director of Synergy Health Consulting, a healthcare consulting firm focused on reducing overdose deaths by working with decision makers and change agents across sectors to develop programs that reflect best practices regarding the intersection of trauma, addiction, and pain.
